Billing Application
Callshop Billing application provides any Callshop Owner with
a powerful tool of many thousand dollars, to easily manage
his business even if he owns a chain of callshops.
Any Callshop Owner
is considered as a Voiceglobe Reseller and he is able to create
his own
sub-customers (Callshops) and accounts (booth or points of
call) per Callshop. Based on the
Voiceglobe’s powerful billing application, the Reseller
can create and manage his products
and tariff rates, if he has signed a wholesales agreement
for selling under his pricing model.
For any Callshop (sub-customer) the
accounts (booths) could be managed and invoiced very
easily in real-time using the Voiceglobe Billing application.
When a customer exits the booth, the callshop operator stops
the timer for that booth. This
blocks the account so that no one can use the booth unnoticed
while the operator is dealing
with the previous customer’s payment.
Finally, by simply clicking the printer
icon on the Receipt column the operator can obtain areceipt containing a list of all the
calls made by the customer and the total amount charged
